— Dr. Gus offering some free "advice" to Bryan Connerty (season 4)

Dr. Gus is a top tier performance coach employed by Axe Capital following Wendy Rhoades's departure. His style is significantly more aggressive and abusive then his predecessors, putting him frequently at odds with those he speaks to. Despite being forced out of Axe Capital later on, Gus continues to flourish once he sets up a private practice. He even acquires the interest of Bryan Connerty, who agrees to become one of his patients.

Overview[]

Dr. Gus immediately rubs people the wrong way during his first few sessions, confusing and unnerving Ben Kim, who happens to be his first victim. Gus considers Wags to be a "prize", likening all the other underlings as "children" by comparison.
