Krakow is a hedge fund rival of Axelrod's and as of season 3, the new Secretary of Treasury.
He returns in Season 6, where he backs Dollar Bill and Mafee for their own operations. But he allies himself with Mike Prince when he offers Krakow a good deal also to stand united once Chuck Rhoades announces his crusade against billionaires.
He is last seen in The Man in the Olive Drab T-Shirt , where it was revealed that he is now sleeping with Grigor Andolovs ex wife Oxana and backing her divorce fight so that she could win billions in court battle. But he backs off once he is threatened by Grigor.
