Waylon "Jock" Jeffcoat is an Attorney General of the United States and a recurring character on Billions. Brother of Televangelist Billy Graham Jeffcoat. The brothers cooperate with the Texas South Cable, a cable company specializing in fundamental Christian evangelist television. The Jeffcoat brothers ran the cables for the cable company through their own properties for quadruple the market rates, shooting back kickbacks to the upper management of the cable company. The money was laundered through Billy Graham's church as charitable donations as to not show up as income for either brother.
